Staff onboarding for schools, colleges and workplaces
Every new member of staff gets the same grounding in safety, dignity and wellbeing in their first weeks, online and at their own pace. Deeper tracks prepare the people who handle concerns.
- Every employer with ten or more staff must have an Internal Committee under the POSH Act, 2013 and run awareness programmes. Schools and colleges are employers too.
- For workplaces, the CREW platform enrols each new joiner automatically, tracks their progress for HR, and can update your HRIS or ERP as it happens.
- Completion is recorded for each person, ready for an inspection or audit.
- Courses name roles, not one employer, so they fit any institution.

How it works for workplaces
Your organisation is set up on CREW
The CREW platform runs onboarding and progress tracking. Your programme, tracks and due dates are set there, for each location if you have several.
Screens from the CREW portal, with sample data. Example names and figures are for illustration only.

What a Thrive certificate means
The five CPD-accredited ELEVATE courses lead to a Certificate of Professional Development, accredited through the CPD Standards Office UK (Provider #50828). Other courses, including ELEVATE Foundations and Safe Hands, lead to a certificate of completion and are not CPD-accredited.
None of these are statutory qualifications, licences or registrations. They do not confer the title of a registered counsellor or psychologist or any authorisation to practise a regulated profession, including under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
